If we deliver fewer than 8 booked appointments in any active month, that month's $99 is waived automatically on the next invoice. No clawback paperwork.

- CSV export so you can drop it into your existing CRM or shop-management software
Missed-call recovery
- If a call to the tracked number is missed, an SMS goes out within 60 seconds: "Sorry we missed you — book online here"
- Configurable per-shop (off-hours, lunch, your call)
- ~30% of missed calls book online via this SMS in our pilot data
- Counts toward your 8-appointment guarantee just like any other booking

Ramp-up timeline

Frequently asked
I already have a site — do I need the Site Rebuild too?
No. Booked Leads sells standalone. We embed the widget into your existing site as a single <iframe> or <script> tag — no rebuild required. About 40% of our Booked Leads customers start without a Site Rebuild.
What if my month has 7 booked appointments?
You don't pay for that month. The waiver is automatic — the next Stripe invoice is $0 for that line. We don't ask you to email us, and you don't have to dispute the charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with 7 days written notice. You stay live for 7 days, then we shut down the widget and port your tracked number to wherever you want (or release it). No exit fee.
Are bookings real or are these spam leads?
Real customer-initiated bookings on your widget, with name, phone, vehicle, and a service. Not aggregator referrals. Not bought lists. Not robo-dial junk. The whole product is built around making it stupidly easy for a real local customer to book.
What about CASL / PIPEDA / Canadian privacy?
The widget is CASL/PIPEDA-compliant. Customer SMS confirmations include opt-out, data is stored in Canadian and US Stripe/Convex/Vercel regions, and you can request a customer's data wipe at any time. MSA §6 + §7.
What if my shop is closed for two weeks (vacation, renovation, sale)?
Tell us — we pause the subscription. Paused months don't count for the 8-appointment guarantee, and you don't get charged. No fee to pause or resume.
We won't onboard a shop blind. The first $99 only charges after the 30-min setup call confirms fit.
