Troopers Automotive

Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-05-01. This is the short version; the operative privacy clauses are in our MSA §6 (CASL) and §7 (PIPEDA / data residency).

What we collect

  • Prospect contact data you submit on this site (name, email, phone, shop name).
  • Customer appointment data when you operate a Booked Leads widget (booking name, phone, vehicle, service, time slot).
  • Tracked-call metadata on numbers we provision (caller number, duration, outcome tag, transcript).
  • Standard web analytics (anonymized, no cross-site tracking, no third-party adtech cookies).

How we use it

Solely to deliver the Service: respond to inquiries, run your booking widget, generate the weekly lead report, and bill via Stripe. We do not sell, lease, or trade prospect or customer data. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on troopers.pro.

Where it lives

Stripe (US/CA), Convex (US/CA), Vercel (US/CA edge). All sub-processors are SOC-2 type-II. No data leaves Canadian and US regions.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@troopers.pro. We respond within 30 calendar days. Billing/audit logs are kept 24 months as required by Canadian tax law and then deleted.

CASL

Any outbound email or SMS we send on a client's behalf includes a working unsubscribe, honors opt-outs within 10 business days, carries the client's mailing address, and only targets prospects with a stated implied or express consent basis.

Cookies

We use a session cookie strictly for the booking widget's slot-locking. No advertising or analytics cookies. Calendly may set its own cookies on the contact page when its widget is loaded; their privacy policy applies there.

Changes

We will post any material change here at least 30 days before it takes effect, and email signed clients directly.
